Do you offer free postage?
PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping thresholds do not apply during SALE periods (such as Birthday Sales, EOFY, Black Friday)
Australia: Orders over $250 = Free postage / Orders under $250 = Flat rate $10
Express post = Flat rate $15
International (including NZ): Orders over $300 = Free postage / Orders under $300 = Flat rate $10
We use Australia Post to deliver your swimmers. Orders within Australia will take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Express Post within Australia will take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. (Please note that these times are estimations only. Sheila May Swim is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, especially during busy periods and unprecedented times.)
Orders placed before 12 noon business days will enjoy same-day dispatch!
Due to a large volume of orders, dispatch time may be delayed during sale periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number you received in your confirmation email.
All prices on the website/online shop are show in AUD (Australian dollars).
