For your perfect fit we recommend taking your measurements and referring to the chart above.

Alternatively, you can compare to your regular dress size however keep in mind that sizing can differ between brands. Our sizing is slightly generous, so we do recommend sizing down if you are between sizes.

If the size you have measured at doesn't correspond to your "usual" dress size, please reach out to us via email for assistance.

Our swimmers offer an innovative built-in shelf bra. We’ve said goodbye to annoying removable bra pads and have replaced them with sewn-in bra cups! Our shelf-bra offers comfort, support and a discreet lining to keep you looking your best even when you get a little cold!

We recommend sticking with your pre-pregnancy size when purchasing Maternity Bottoms. As all pregnancies are unique and individual, our Maternity Bottoms are designed to cater for a normal pregnancy weight gain range. Although it can be tempting to order a size up, only do so if you feel you have gained a lot of weight or are having twins.

Sustainability is important to us. That’s why we have selected a beautifully soft, stretchy and supportive European swimwear fabric that is made from discarded, recycled fishing nets!


Fabric is 78% recycled nylon / 22% Lycra.


Our fabric offers UVA & UVB 50+ protection and is soft and breathable! In short...it's divine!

Restocks and pre-orders

We love change! Our unique mix 'n match philosophy is: more variety and more opportunity for amazing mix 'n match combinations.

Once a particular colour sells out, we are unlikely to restock so that we can make way for exciting new designs! But you never know...sometimes we just love a colour so much that we might decide to do a sneaky restock.

We do, however offer frequent restocks of our core solid colours: Black, Peacock and French Navy.

Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram where we will share news of restocks as they (might!) happen.

Basically, if you love something - get it now because it might not make a return in the future!

All pre-orders are advertised with estimated dispatch dates. From time to time, this dispatch date will be altered due to reasons beyond our control.

Please be patient with us as we take care to ethically produce and sew your swimmers. Trust us, they are worth the wait!


Please note: if you purchase in-stock and pre-ordered items together, they will be dispatched when ALL items are in stock. If you wish to receive these items separately, please place them as separate orders.

Returns and exchanges

Returns requests must be made via our Returns Portal within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.

Sales of items discounted by 25% or less can be returned for exchange or store credit.

For items discounted by 30% or more, returns are for store credit only.

Items purchased from the 'Last Pieces' category are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

We pride ourselves in superior quality control and well-made garments. If however, your swimmers are faulty please send a clear photograph of the fault to: hello@sheilamayswim.com.au

and we will be in contact shortly!

Store credit will be issued via email once your return have been received and inspected. It can be used on any future purchase and has a 2-year expiry.

Please note that store credit is non-refundable.

Orders over $250 = Free postage
Orders under $250 = $12.95
*Express postage = $16.95 (for when you just can't wait!)

NEW ZEALAND:
Orders over $250 = Free postage
Orders under $250 = $15.95
*Express postage = $25 (for when you just can't wait!)

USA:
DHL Express (Courier) = $100

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES:
Orders over $350 = Free postage
Orders under $350 = $25

PLEASE NOTE:

There is NO FREE SHIPPING during major sale periods, such as Birthday, End of Season and Black Friday Sales.

*Selecting express postage does NOT bump your order in the dispatch queue. Express postage simply means you are paying for Aus Post express delivery service so your shipping transit time will be faster.

Yes! As long as Australia Post or DHL Express ships to your country, then we can get your swimmers to you!

Please Note

For customers in the USA:
Duties, tariff charges and import fees are covered by us. You won’t be asked to pay anything additional when your order arrives.

At the moment, we cover duties and taxes for USA customers only.

For other international destinations, customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

We’re always reviewing this as we grow 💛

For customers outside Australia, New Zealand and the USA:

Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

We don’t have control over these fees (we wish we did!) and they aren’t included in your shipping cost at checkout.

If you’re unsure what your country charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Important – Returned to Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • Duties or import fees were not paid
  • The parcel was unclaimed
  • The address provided was incorrect

We’re unable to reimburse the original postage cost.

If you’d like the parcel re-shipped, the new postage cost will need to be covered before we can send it back out.

We use Australia Post to deliver your swimmers. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Altona North, Victoria. Orders placed before 12 midday will enjoy same day dispatch.

**During busy periods and sales, orders may experience delayed dispatch.

Regular post within Australia will take approx. 5-7 business days to arrive.

Express post within Australia will take approx. 1-3 business days to arrive.

International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

PLEASE NOTE: These times are estimations only. Sheila May Swim is not responsible for delays caused by postal services especially during busy periods.

Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number via email that you can use to check your shipping status.

If your order is taking an unusually long time to arrive (over 1 week) or the tracking has stalled for at least 5 days, please reach out to Australia Post so that they can investigate for you.

Yes! We offer shipping protection to ensure your order is delivered to your address.

Once an order has been placed, Sheila May Swim will be 100% responsible for ensuring your order is fulfilled in a timely manner and handing the parcel over to Australia Post for delivery.

Australia Post will always take a photograph as Proof Of Delivery (POD). Shipping Protection covers your order right up until we have received the POD from Australia Post.

We offer shipping protection to our customers to ensure your parcel is not lost or damaged in transit. We strongly suggest you purchase shipping protection during the checkout process.

By deselecting shipping protection during checkout, you agree that Sheila May Swim is not liable for missing parcels once they have been recorded (POD) as delivered.

From time to time, we offer free gifts to our customers as a way of saying thank you for shopping with Sheila May Swim. These gifts are usually offered once a customer reaches a total order value threshold. During checkout, customers will be notified when they have spent enough to receive a free gift. It is the responsibility of the customers to then add the free gift to their cart in order to receive it.

If a customer does not add the free gift to their cart, they are not able to request the free gift at a later date.

Payment info

Payments can be made through PayPal, credit card or AfterPay.

All prices on the website/online shop are show in AUD (Australian dollars).

International buyers: the price shown on the website should automatically convert to your local currency. If it does not, you can easily change the currency shown by scrolling to the bottom of our website and selecting your desired currency.
