All prices on the website/online shop are shown in AUD (Australian dollars).
We use Australia Post to deliver your swimmers. Orders within Australia will take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Express Post within Australia will take approximately 1-4 business days to arrive. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive. (Please note that these times are estimations only. Sheila May Swim is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other postal services especially during busy periods and unprecedented times.)
Orders placed by 12 noon will enjoy same day dispatch! Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Altona North, Victoria.
Due to a large volume of sales, dispatch times may be longer during sale periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number you received in your confirmation email.
Shipping Protection: Once an order has been placed, Sheila May Swim will be 100% responsible for ensuring the quality of the item ordered, fulfilling the order in a timely manner and handing the parcel over to Australia Post for delivery. However, once the parcel has been scanned into the Australia Post system, it is now the responsibility of the mail service to ensure the delivery of the parcel to the customer. We offer shipping protection to our customers to ensure you will receive your parcel. We strongly suggest you purchase shipping protection during the checkout process. By deselecting shipping protection during checkout, you agree that Sheila May Swim is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges, and the recipient is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON FULL PRICED ITEMS
It is important to us that your swimmers fit properly and you feel comfortable wearing them.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please visit our Returns Portal to request an exchange or store credit.

All purchases made in 'LAST PIECES' sales are final. They are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
We do not accept returns on Hooded Towels, Wet Bags, Drink Bottles or promotional items.
Our returns policy is as follows:
- We accept unworn swimwear and clothing bought from Sheila May Swim in new condition (unworn, unwashed) within 30 days of your order being dispatched for exchange or a store credit
- Returns requests must be made via our Returns Portal within 30 days of your order being dispatched.
- Our store credits have no expiry dates and can be used for any other items purchased from Sheila May Swim.
- The value of the store credit issued will be equal to the amount originally paid for the returned item. If the item/s were purchased with a discount code, your store credit will be for the discounted price that you paid for the returned item/s.
- If you choose to exchange your item/s for item/s of a higher price, you will be charged for the amount owing.
- If you choose to exchange your item/s for item/s of a lower price, you will be issued a store credit for the remainder of your initial purchase amount.
- Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your underwear in the interests of hygiene.
- Take care to try swimwear on carefully. Returned items must be free from deodorant, makeup or other stains/marks and free from strong odours.
- Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition.
- All tags and hygiene labels must be attached and in place.
- Items purchased in 'Last Pieces' sales are final. They are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Returns must include original packaging.
- Gift cards are not returnable and non-refundable.
- Buyer is to pay return shipping costs. We strongly encourage you to retain the tracking number for your parcel until it is received by Sheila May Swim. Sheila May Swim is not responsible for any return parcels lost in transit.
- Buyer is entitled to one domestic (Aust/NZ) exchange with Sheila May Swim covering postage cost for new item to be sent to you. Postage costs for any further exchanges will be at buyer's cost.
- INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (excluding NZ): If your order is being delivered OUTSIDE Australia and New Zealand, please be aware that return postage costs may be quite high. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine return postage costs from your country to Australia before placing an order to avoid disappointment. Please feel free to reach out to Sheila May Swim for advice on sizing to help you get the best fit before purchasing.
- International buyers requesting an exchange will be required to pay $10AUD for postage fee to send out exchanged item.
- Buyer is responsible for packaging returned items carefully. Any goods damaged in transit will result in no exchange or store credit and will be returned to the buyer.
- All items will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, however in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unusable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving items. Buyer will be contacted via email once their return has been processed.
- If a store credit is requested, you will be notified of this via email once items have been received.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not reach our standards.
