Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment through PayPal using your PayPal account, Mastercard or VISA and Afterpay. PayPal is the faster, safer, easy way to pay, so you can shop more securely, wherever you’re clicking. Your financial information stays safe with PayPal. Your credit card and bank account numbers are never shared with online stores, and you’re 100% protected against unauthorised payments sent from your account. You can pay with your credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. When you reach the PayPal payment gateway in the checkout process, select ‘I don’t have a PayPal account’ from the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. Please note that if you place an order with us online and payment is accepted via your selected payment method, we nonetheless reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a full refund (for example, if we are out of stock of the product or another reason).
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Sheila May Swim attempts to display all of our products and colours as accurately as possible. All fits, styles and colours are represented as best as we can. All of our garments are produced in small batches so each garment may differ in pattern placement slightly. Please see our returns policy if you accidentally choose the wrong colour or size. We are always happy to help you get exactly what you need. Sheila May Swim cannot guarantee the colours represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. You will rely solely on your own judgement using the Website for purchasing products. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email to discuss a replacement item or refund of the out of stock item. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
Once an order has been placed, Sheila May Swim will be 100% responsible for ensuring the quality of the item ordered, fulfilling the order in a timely manner and handing the parcel over to Australia Post for delivery. However, once the parcel has been scanned into the Australia Post system, it is now the responsibility of the mail service to ensure the delivery of the parcel to the customer. We offer shipping protection to our customers to ensure you will receive your parcel. We strongly suggest you purchase shipping protection during the checkout process. By deselecting shipping protection during checkout, you agree that Sheila May Swim is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
RETURNS
By placing and paying for an order from the Sheila May Swim website, the buyer agrees to the Returns Policy stated on the website. The Returns Policy states that all purchases are final and can only be exchanged for a store credit or exchanged for another item of the same value.
A refund may be issued at the discretion of Sheila May Swim staff. Refunds will be processed minus a $15 restocking fee to offset the cost incurred for fulfilment and restocking of the purchase.
In the rare circumstances that a faulty product has been received, the customer is entitled to a refund if there is no stock of the original item purchased or the customer does not want to choose another in-stock item.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on Last Pieces sale items.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time.
PROMOTIONS AND STOREWIDE SALES
We do not offer price adjustments to purchases made prior to or after sales events. Sale items are while stock lasts. Once the item is back in stock, the sale discount will not apply if sale promotion time is over.
Due to rapidly moving stock levels, we adjust our Returns Policy for the duration of the sale.
Sales of items discounted by 25% or less can be returned for exchange or store credit.
For items discounted by 30% or more, returns are for store credit only. We are unable to offer product exchanges on these items, so please reach out for advice and consult our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully.
All Last Pieces sale items are final. Strictly no returns or exchanges are available.
We do not offer refunds, so be sure to check our size chart, read product descriptions and and reach out if you need a hand!
Orders placed during our storewide sales can take up to 5 days to process due to the influx of orders. Our team is working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible.
Prices are as marked and no further discounts will apply at checkout.
Free shipping thresholds do not apply during major sales and promotions.

Your privacy is important to us. We don't share any personal information with third-parties, except when required to by law. By signing up to our mailing list (via our website sign-up form or promotional competitions or giveaways) you are agreeing to receive email and/or SMS messages from Sheila May Swim.
