We offer shipping protection to our customers to ensure you will receive your parcel. We strongly suggest you purchase shipping protection during the checkout process. Shipping protection ensures that you will receive your order, even if it goes missing during transit.
By deselecting shipping protection during checkout, you agree that Sheila May Swim is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the delivery journey.

Orders over $250 = Free postage
Orders under $250 = $12.95
Express postage = $16.95 (for when you just can't wait!)
NEW ZEALAND:
Regular post = $15.95
Express Post = $25
DHL Express (Courier) = $40
INTERNATIONAL:
Regular post = Flat Rate $15.95
Express Post = $35

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO FREE SHIPPING during major sale periods, such as Birthday, EOFY and Black Friday Sales.

We use Australia Post to deliver your swimmers. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Altona North. Orders received by 12 noon business days will enjoy same day shipping!
International Orders:
Shipping fees do not include local taxes or import/custom duties, tariffs or any other additional costs for international orders. Any customs, import duties or tariffs are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges prior to ordering. If such charges are applicable to your order and you do not wish to pay them, Sheila May Swim will not issue a refund or reimbursement for your order.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please visit our Returns Portal to request an exchange or store credit.
During a major storewide sale promotion, all sales of items discounted by 25% can only be returned for a store credit.
