Australia: Orders over $200 = Free postage / Orders under $200 = Flat rate $10
Express post = Flat rate $15

International (including NZ): Orders over $250 = Free postage / Orders under $250 = Flat rate $10

PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping Threshold does not apply during SALE periods (such as Birthday Sales, EOFY, Black Friday)

We use Australia Post to deliver your swimmers. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Altona North. Orders received by 12 noon business days will enjoy same day shipping!

Orders within Australia will take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Express Post within Australia will take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. (Please note that these times are estimations only. Sheila May Swim is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, especially during busy periods and unprecedented times.)

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number you received in your confirmation email.

All prices on the website/online shop are show in AUD (Australian dollars).

 *International Customs and Duties - please note:

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges, and the recipient is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

During a major storewide sale promotion, all sales of items discounted by 20% can only be returned for a store credit. We are unable to offer product exchanges during a major storewide sale, so please reach out for advice and consult our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully.

It is important to us that your swimmers fit properly and you feel comfortable wearing them. 
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please visit our Returns Portal to request an exchange or store credit.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: If your order is being delivered OUTSIDE Australia and New Zealand, please be aware that return postage costs may be quite high. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine return postage costs from your country to Australia before placing an order to avoid disappointment.
