We have done our best to ensure that our stock levels are accurate prior to the sale.

However, it is inevitable when we are moving such a large volume of stock that there will be some orders which have items that are not in stock.

In this case, you will be contacted and offered a replacement item, store credit to use at a later date or refund.

Due to rapidly moving stock levels, we have adjusted our Returns Policy for the duration of our Black Friday Sale.

Sales of items discounted by 25% or less can be returned for exchange or store credit.

For items discounted by 30% or more, returns are for store credit only.

'Last Pieces' sale items = no returns or exchanges.
