This Sheila May Swim top features our superior signature shelf bra with sewn-in bra cups at the front to offer comfort, support and a discreet lining without the hassle of cup movement.

Sizing note: If you are a D-cup or below, feel free to size down in the Swing Top!

We use Australia Post to deliver your swimmers. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Altona North. Orders received by 12 noon business days will enjoy same day shipping!

Orders within Australia will take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Express Post within Australia will take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. (Please note that these times are estimations only. Sheila May Swim is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, especially during busy periods and unprecedented times.)

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number you received in your confirmation email.

All prices on the website/online shop are show in AUD (Australian dollars).

Returns

During a major storewide sale promotion, all sales of items discounted by 20% can only be returned for a store credit. We are unable to offer product exchanges during a major storewide sale, so please reach out for advice and consult our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully.

It is important to us that your swimmers fit properly and you feel comfortable wearing them. 
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please visit our Returns Portal to request an exchange or store credit.

Sooo flattering

This is not my first Sheila May Swim swing top and it will not be my last. I am OBSESSED with these swimmers. They are so comfy, flattering and easy to wear. If you’re on the fence about buying them, let this be your sign to jump in! You won’t regret it!

Find the swing top a bit short and I'm only 5foot 3. It looks longer on the model.
But fits fine.

Shelf Bra is a joke

I'm incredibly disappointed in my purchase of this and another swing top. I've been following this brand for at least a year now and was very much encouraged by their inclusion of larger sized pieces and models. Any larger woman knows to do her research before purchasing swimwear and the reviews on the site and Instagram images and testimonials led me to believe that the "Superior Signature Shelf Bra" would be supportive. I also read the sizing guides very carefully and bought my recommended size and then a size smaller, as experience has always told me to size down with swimwear.
Unfortunately, neither fit. Because they were far too large.
I am a sewer, but do not sew my own swimwear just yet. Looking at the shelf bra, I cannot imagine how anyone larger than a B cup could find it supportive. The construction fabric, instead of being a powermesh that you often find being used for the 'supportive' lining of swimwear - something even Kmart does - was just a regular lining. I would use it to line the inside of swim bottoms only - far too thin and stretchy to be of any actual use.
The elastic that is being used as the band of the shelf bra measures to the exact waist measurements provided by this site - which sounds perfect until you remember that elastic should be of a smaller circumference so it can stretch a bit and therefore hold firm (no one wants their boobs dropping out the bottom!)
The sewn-in cups are hilariously undersized. I'm a D/DD and they are basically glorified nipple covers, the lines of which are visible through the outer top.
TLDR: If you have a C cup or above, this swing top isn't for you.
Kudos to the brand for trying to extend their clientele to plus-sized girlies who want cute swimwear, but do it right or don't bother. It's insulting when all you've done is scale the pattern up without thinking about the extra construction details that need to happen for larger women.
